FlirtCam ("we," "us," "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of flirtcam.net and its subdomains (the "Site") to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we respond to such notices.
1. Our Role
FlirtCam is an independent media and directory publication covering the adult cam and dating industry. We publish original news, reviews, guides, and feature content that we write ourselves. We do not host, produce, or control any live streaming, webcam, or third-party video content. If your concern relates to content hosted on a third-party platform we link to or write about (such as Sinparty, LiveJasmin, or any other linked platform), you'll need to contact that platform directly, as we have no ability to remove content we don't host.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe original content published directly on flirtcam.net (an article, image, or other original work we've published) infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its specific URL on our Site
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
3. Where to Send Notices
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at: support@flirtcam.net. Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" to help us route your request quickly.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
6. Response Time
We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few business days of receipt.
